Swim Style Patterns are an Australian based Indie pattern designer. They make swimsuits of course but don’t get enough shout outs here in the U.S. for their cool apparel patterns.
So here I am to shout about how great the high waist trouser pattern is! It’s not new but it is very much the “It” pant of the season. Well really its a classic that will always be just the thing, which is what I look for in my wardrobe.
See the invisible zipper in the back? No? I actually had to go back over my stitching many times to get it just right. It is a challenge to zip up as it is long at kind of bends at the curve of my back. I am sure this would not be the case if my fabric was more structured.
I really like the linen rayon blend I’ve used as it doesn’t wrinkle as much as pure linen, but feels like linen. It was named Linen Rayon Blend Stone when it was being sold by Fabric.com, and was 5.06 oz.
